This street is not twisty, curvy like the one in San Francisco. This one is straight down.

Answer: This photo was taken in New Zealand, in the city of Dunedin.
Aside: Locals tell us that a certain American city is challenging the use of the phrase “in the world” so now this street is sometimes billed as the steepest residential street in the world.
